Vendor Registration Form & Key Requirements

The Hessel Foundation

This form must be completed by all vendors, exhibitors, contractors, food and beverage providers, entertainers, sponsors, and service providers participating in Foundation events.

No vendor may participate in a Hessel Foundation event until all required documentation has been received and approved.

• The Hessel Foundation does not provide tables, chairs, tents, generators, fuel, extension cords, display equipment, refrigeration or cooking equipment, internet access, signage, staffing, transportation equipment, serving equipment, or other operational supplies unless specifically agreed to in writing.
• My company is responsible for providing all equipment and supplies required to perform its services.
• My company is responsible for obtaining all required permits, licenses, inspections, and approvals.
• My company is responsible for setup, operation, cleanup, breakdown, and removal of all materials.
• My company will maintain a safe, clean, and professional operating area.
• My company will comply with Foundation policies, venue rules, safety instructions, and applicable laws.
• Participation may be denied if required insurance or licensing documents are not received before the event.

I understand that participation in Foundation events may involve risks, including property damage, theft, equipment damage, weather conditions, business interruption, personal injury, or illness. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, release, and hold harmless the Hessel Foundation, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, event partners, venues, and agents from claims arising from the Vendor’s participation, operations, equipment, products, services, employees, contractors, or invitees. The Vendor certifies that all equipment will be maintained in safe operating conditions and comply with applicable requirements. The Vendor agrees to immediately report accidents, injuries, hazards, or unsafe conditions to Foundation staff.

Before your registration can be approved we must receive:

• Completed Vendor Registration Form & Key Requirements
• Certificate of Insurance (COI)
• Business License (if applicable)
• Food Permit (if applicable)
• Equipment List
• Electrical Requirements Information
• Additional Licenses or Certifications
