Welcome Letter:
As Executive Director, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the Hessel Family Foundation.
Our mission is to turn empathy into impact through supporting various initiatives such as veterans, individuals who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other learning and developmental disabilities, and survivors of pediatric cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.
I have been working within the nonprofit sector for over two decades as both a volunteer for my children and as the Founder of Keys to Kindness, a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring, educating, and empowering individuals in the community to be the key to changing their lives, the lives of others, and the environment in which we live. As Executive Director, my plan is to seamlessly blend these two organizations ‘ missions to further present the Hessel Family Foundation as not only as a beacon of community support, but as a driving force for families, veterans, and children who need it most by turning intentional kindness into measurable action.
I look forward to seeing what we will accomplish together as a community.
