4. Guest Registration

Each sponsor guest must be registered individually through the secure online guest portal. You will need each guest’s full name, organization, email, mobile number, and accessibility accommodations.

Final guest registration deadline: February 15, 2027.

Once guest information has been submitted, the sponsor contact will receive confirmation. Sponsors and registered guests will be contacted closer to the event with additional details and important event information.
