To integrate participants seamlessly into our main-stage graphics, big-screen visual reels and commemorative digital program directories, please submit the following photo assets.

A high-resolution photo focused from the shoulders up, captured against a clean, non-distracting background. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG or HEIC (iPhone photos are fine), up to 20 MB. Please use a recent, well-lit photo taken against a plain background, at least 1500 pixels on the longest side. No filters, sunglasses, hats or group photos.

Accepted formats: JPG, PNG or HEIC (iPhone photos are fine), up to 20 MB. Please use a recent, well-lit photo taken against a plain background, at least 1500 pixels on the longest side. No filters, sunglasses, hats or group photos.

6. Media Release & Consent Waiver

By checking the box below, I hereby grant the Hessel Foundation permission to capture, record and utilise photographs, video footage and audio recordings of my child during The Great Hessel Foundation Roaring 20’s Gala. I understand that these visual and audio assets will be used exclusively for official public promotional materials, digital outreach campaigns, foundation website highlights, social media content and future gala portfolio displays. I waive any right to royalties, compensation or inspection of the finished promotional assets.

7. Guest Ticket Registration

Each family will receive a total of two (2) complimentary tickets to attend the Gala. Please list the legal name and contact details for each attendee below. If you are only using one ticket, select “No” when asked about a second guest.

If you plan on attending alongside your child, please list yourself as Guest 1. Completing this section officially secures and registers your guest seats.

Fittings, Rehearsal & Next Steps

Wardrobe fittings: YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED CLOSER TO THE EVENT FOR A WARDROBE FITTING. Please save the date for your child’s scheduled wardrobe fitting. Individual fitting blocks, times and venue addresses will be assigned and sent shortly. Attendance is required to ensure all custom runway apparel and footwear fit properly before the event.

Gala day arrival & rehearsal: all participating children must arrive at the venue exactly two (2) hours prior to the official gala start time for a mandatory stage rehearsal, choreography walkthrough and backstage prep.

Submission as official confirmation: by submitting this form, your participant profile is officially confirmed. Our gala coordination desk will review your submitted materials, wardrobe configurations and media assets, and will email a comprehensive information package before the event.
